1 STAR DIVER - OPEN WATER 

This is the starting point to your underwater adventures!

The course will prepare you to scuba dive safely in open water environments.

The basic diver (one star) is able to dive in salt or fresh water to a maximum depth of 25 meters / 80ft.

 

 

* COURSE CONTENT:

-     Propulsion techniques;

-     Dive planning (decompression tables);

-     Physics, physiology and accidents;

-     Diving equipment;

-     Safety rules;

-     Diving skills and emergency procedures.

 

 

* DURATION:

  14 hours (theory and pool classes) plus 2 days diving (four dives) in the city of Arraial do Cabo - RJ.
